As a trained counsellor and psychotherapist, I believe that the relationship between us is the key to change. By working within a relational approach, we build trust that helps us put our needs at the centre of our work. Through this healing process, we are able to re-enter healthy relationships with ourselves and with others.
With my degree in humanistic and integrative psychotherapy, I can offer flexible approaches and a personalised experience of connectedness. I believe that growth is truly attained from the inside. We all carry our past with us and it is helpful to tip out your back pack from time to time to take a look at what you are carrying!
I can offer different therapeutic interventions, tailored to your own special requirements. Not everybody processes things in the same way. I have been trained to work creatively, using pens and paper, toys, glitter and glue and I can also work somatically. Whichever style suits you, I hope to be able to hold your hand through your journey of self-discovery and guide you to your place of Zen.
